“I am very exhausted because we haven’t tapered with the upcoming Europeans but coming here, swimming fast is great. I am loving it, being here in Manchester with family and friends, couldn’t ask for more.

We have done some very hard training but Great Britain has performed phenomenally today. We are pleased we could swim fast tired, Europeans should hopefully be a great success.”
