"It was a good swim, my training is going well so I was pleased with that. I think there were probably the top eight swimmers in the world in that race so it was good.

"It will be an interesting World Championships in August. I will go back now to the States to train, but this is all good preparation for 2012."

"I think it went really well today. I've been training really hard and it felt really good to be racing like I have been. It's the first time that I've raced Lantz [Lamback] since the Paralympics so it felt awesome to get the gold."

"You know we have the Worlds coming up in August, so I'm going to continue to train really hard until then because I'm shooting for a gold there."
