
"You could say that (being disappointed with the race). I think there are parts on that I need to work on with my coach. I think coming back I was strong though. My freestyle even has been strong.
"As we head into the Worlds I will get better. We've just started a microcycle leading into the Worlds so this was to assess where I am."

"It's been great to compete in the BT Paralympic World Cup again - I've done it a number of times now and it's always a great competition because it's the one event where we get to race all of the top-rated swimmers in the world, so it's great preparation for the World Championships coming up."
"I wasn't rested today, so I knew it was going to be a tough race, but it's not every day that I get to race against these guys, so I had to dig deep. In these competitions you need to stay one step ahead, and I feel like I've done that today."
