"As you can see from the results, it went really well. You've got to go for it sometimes and I think I did that today."
"I want to go out at the World Championships in August and just swim my hardest and really well and get back to the swimming I was doing in 2006, which was my first year competing there. I've been training really hard and my races are going really well, so I'm confident that it will happen."
Claire Cashmore (GBR, 4th and 100m Butterfly, 3rd)
"Being so close to my Personal Best whem I'm anywhere near to my best is looking good for the World Champs. I think it's good for today.
"I was hoping for a bit more but I'm happy for now. The 100m breastroke is the one I'm aiming for.
"It's really good to see so many people doing well and I wish I could watch some more of the events.
"I'm hoping to medal at the World Champs in the 100m breastroke. I think I will enter about six events."
Stephanie Millward (GBR, 2nd and 100m Butterfly 1st)
"It was a very good event. Yesterday I had some races and I won them. I won the butterfly today and although it wasn't a good time it was a good race. I got an okay time in the 50, which I possibly should've won but maybe next time.
"I think the 50 World Record will definitely go at the World Champs, either myself, Louise (Watkin) or Nathalie Du Toit will break it."
