Paralympic World Cup : Tickets now on Sale!

Tickets are available at £3 per session for the Athletics, Track Cycling, Swimming and Wheelchair Basketball competitions. The competitions will take place on the following days:

Wheelchair Basketball, Manchester Regional Arena 20th – 23rd
Track Cycling, Manchester Velodrome 20th – 22nd
Swimming, Manchester Aquatics Centre 24th – 25th
Athletics, Manchester Regional Arena 24th

With just five days until the start of the 2010 BT Paralympic World Cup, Lord Sebastian Coe has spoken of his hopes for the GB and international athletes who will compete in Manchester.

This short video shows the highlights from the 2009 BT Paralympic World Cup, the athletics, swimming, wheelchair basketball and track cycling. It gives a glimse as to what you might expect for this year's event, but just be sure this year you keep an eye out for some extra additions as well...

Mica Paris has kindly donated her track 'Hold On' to the event, which will this year be the official anthem so keep an ear open for it at the event.

It was a good day for the GB men's Football 7-a-side team who won bronze courtesy of an 8-4 thumping over the USA, while The Netherlands took gold in a close final.
